Details
The Cantiga choir, founded by Leo Massó, is one of the most renowned ensembles in Catalan choral tradition. Here, the choir celebrates 60th anniversary at the Palau de la Música with a concert that includes selected works by composers from various periods in the history of music, in addition to premières of three works commissioned especially for the occasion by Jordi Domènech, Feliu Gasull and Albert Guinovart. The current director of the choir, Pep Prats, will bid his farewell after forty years at the head of the ensemble.
